The Negatives In Me


Feel the agony, feel the pain
Sometimes I feel there isn't an iota of respect I've ever gained
Unapproachable to most, approachable to few
I've never learned much from the things I've been through

Hard to mingle most of times

This life often seems to be a bit of a pain

I want the world to be free of it

There isn't much I can do as I'm mostly a reticent bee

I've always been a reticent fellow
Never really opened up and always mellow
Currently struck with fever, I'm a bit yellow
Although I believe in God, I've never been much hallow

Never really cared much for the smaller things in life
Life has always been as sharp as a knife
Although this poem may seem like bollocks
This one isn't tripe

The Internet is a place that sets me free
This is the place where I'm not a reticent bee
Inhibitions are shed and words galore
Time is gone and the conversations flow

This verse may seem long and you might be snoring
If you don't know me, you'll think I'm very boring
But know me once and I'll be your best bud
This will last for long and it won't be a dud

You'd think this is copied, it isn't, no!
I've written this myself even if I'm not a pro
There isn't much humour in this one for sure
As these are the negatives I've had and the poem is very pure

These are the negatives in this reticent bee
Which are for everyone to see
This may or may not change your outlook towards me
I've had these since ages, yes, these are the negative in me
