Superb play by United after going down to a wonderful Defoe overhead kick inside the first minute.

Sublime free-kick by Giggs...and a wonderful shot by Anderson to finally score a competitive goal for United after two full seasons. Hopefully he'll end up getting loads this time around.

Giggs, Berbatov, Fletch and Scholes have been really very good and the others have been good as well.

Did well in the end even with 10men. We never really looked like conceding except when Crouch hit the post and even managed to score with 10men. Superb play by Rooney.

Well Rooney might be rested but he surely will want to play every single game.

The lad does deserve some rest after playing 3 games in a weeks time. Wouldn't be surprised if we see Berbasmooth and Owen start upfront

He played internationals and most PL games till now and we have the derby next week so he might be rested.

But this is an important match and cant afford to keep Roonster on the bench.

had an awesome oppurtunity to level it up on points, but couldnt capitalize on it... still its a long way to go, and there will be a couple more oppurtunities,.. so we have to make them work..

We were very poor in the second half. Very wasteful and lacked the cutting edge. Park should have come off for Owen rather than Giggs. And Obertan should have been on the pitch instead of Gibson.

Yeah. Brown and Vidic don't look settled at all together which unsettles the goalkeeper. Playing Fletcher at RB doesn't help either.

Another loss. five defeats in the league now. We desperately need a few of our defenders back.

West Ham they should draw atleast....or 6 points gap :|

But it's the west London derby. West Ham will be up for it, or atleast I hope they are. The next five games for us a relatively easy. Chelsea play Sunderland in Jan when they lose Drogba and Essien to the African Cup of Nations so they should be dropping points there hopefully.
